About Mary's Childhood

When I was a baby I was cute and cuddly. When I was one I had a teddy bear cake for my first birthday. When I was two I liked my presents. When I was 3 I started to talk. When I was four I started eating candy. When I was five at my birthday I had five balloons. When I was six I hugged my mommy. And now I am seven. And I am a big girl.

  1. Cool. I didn't get ANY balloons for my birthday. I guess I'm too old.

  6. Hi Mary! I am writing with my daughter Sophie. I don't know if you remember her, but she enjoyed reading your blog and would like to stay in touch. She has a website now, www.bebeandme.org, maybe you could write her through that. She has been asking for a blog and I will let you know if she convinces me to set it up :) You are doing a great job!

  10. Mrs. Renee, it was fun, I tell you. I had a great time and two girls showed me around. We saw some classrooms and teachers and students and desks that don't have insides. We got there on my bus and while we rode I sat with a friend named Troy and Brailyn. I saw the lunchroom with a stop light. It was a good trip!

  11. I'm glad you had a good time! What's the stop light for?

  12. Well, the green is for talking. The yellow light is for whispering. And the red light for not talking. That's all.
